Yoga in the workplace
Kundalini Yoga and Medical Yoga strengthen the immune and the nervous system, increase stress resistance and help to manage tasks of everyday life easier and more effective. Yoga can also help to have good memory and concentration. Moreover it gives an opportunity to feel good and full of energy. Group training creates group consciousness and a sense of belonging to a collective that can affect cooperation positively.
Research show that yoga can be helpful with different difficulties for example back problems.
I can organize yoga at workplaces before a working day, during lunch or in the evening.
